We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service. We seldom make mistakes but they may occur. If you receive an item in error or it is faulty, we will happily exchange it and send it to you postage free. If you are not satisfied with an exchange, we will refund you in full, including postage and packaging.
If you place an order and then wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will halt the order process (if your order has not already been despatched) and you will be refunded in full.
If you have already received your order and are dissatisfied with your items, under the UK Consumer Protection you have up to 7 working days from the date of receipt to cancel and return your order. We will refund you in full less postage and packaging.
Please return the goods in their original packaging and ensure the item(s) are adequately packed to prevent damage during return transit.
Items must not have been used and are to be returned in a saleable condition.
Only once the goods have been received will a refund (less postage and packaging) be made to you. As a suggestion and to ensure that goods arrive safely, utilise the services of recorded delivery. Wild about Beads will not take responsibility of the cost of this service.

We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
